Mr. Walters holds a Master of Science degree in Natural Resource Management- Marine and Terrestrial Ecosystems Management from the University of the West Indies (UWI). He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from UWI. He is experienced in environmental research and project management. David is not only a lover of the outdoors but a keen researcher who seeks to improve JCDT's use of data and systems to achieve its mandate. Mr. Walters was recently appointed Executive Director of the JCDT and now aims to strengthen the organisation as it strives to achieve its mission of conservation of the Blue and John Crow Mountains National Park.
