Aldain Reid a socially minded serial entrepreneur and the Founder and Managing Partner of First Responders Technology Ltd, a Kingston based Technology firm that designs and develops web and mobile software solutions aimed at solving real-world problems. One of his innovations, the First Alert Travel Safety app; a groundbreaking solution geared at enhancing Visitor Assurance via a real-time Emergency Response service along with a full-service Tele-Health platform for travellers, has earned recognition from the Government of Jamaica with the prestigious, National Innovation Award for Health & Safety in 2018. He currently serves as Chairman of the Security and Emergency Management Committee at the Jamaica Hotel & Tourist Association (JHTA).
